Mr.P.M.Balasubramanian, the Managing Director also a Mechanical Engineer, was with SAIL (Steel Authority of India Limited) for about 36 years in different locations like Rourkela (Orissa), Bokaro (Jharkand) and Salem (Tamil Nadu). He has worked in production for most part of his career and was the Chief Executive (Executive Director) of Salem Steel Plant.

Mr.P.Govindasamy also a mechanical engineer is a Director of the company. He has wide experience in manufacturing and quality control areas. He was the General Manager(Quality) BHEL, Trichy.

Mr. A.Vivek, a Software Engineer, had more than a decade of experience in working with MNC’s in India and USA, had a track of leading and managing various teams to operate successfully.

Mr.S.Saran a Mechanical Engineer also hailing from an industrial background has wide experience in foundry.

Other Directors of the Company are all having entrepreneurial experience and are managing different industries.
